Every AI model is included on both plans, with no API keys to manage.
How conversations are counted#
Officely is priced by conversations, not seats, so your whole team can build without raising your bill.
- Free: up to 20 WhatsApp conversations and 100 website conversations a day, each counted once per customer. The count resets at 00:00 UTC.
- Pro: 3,000 conversations a month, then $10 per 1,000.
Your usage is shown on the Billing page.
Upgrade, change or cancel#
Open Billing in the sidebar. From there you can:
- Change your plan or switch between monthly and yearly billing (yearly saves about 17%).
- Cancel your plan, or Resume it before the period ends.
- Add a card under Payment methods and make it the default.
- Download or pay Invoices.
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Officely never sees your full card number.
