Common mistakes#
- "OpenAI rejected the API key." Copy a fresh key from your OpenAI dashboard and paste it again.
- "Your OpenAI account is out of credit." Add billing in OpenAI. These replies run on your OpenAI account.
- "OpenAI no longer serves this assistant." Switch to Enter settings and fill in the model, instructions and vector stores yourself.
- "Settings changed. Test the connection again." Any change after a test needs a new Test connection before you can continue.
- Some tools are missing after import. Only file search and code interpreter are imported; the wizard lists the others it skipped.
