Your chatbots
Find, open, rename, duplicate and turn off your chatbots, and put AI flows that no chatbot uses to work.
The Chat Builder page#
Click Chat Builder in the sidebar to see all your chatbots as cards. Each card shows a small map of the flow, the chatbot's name, a Live chip if customers can reach it, and when it was last updated.
- Search chatbots finds a chatbot by name.
- All, Live and Draft filter the list. Each shows how many chatbots it has.
- Sort orders by Last updated, Newest created, Oldest created or Name A–Z.
- New Chat (or the New chatbot card) starts a new one. See Start a chatbot.
Open a chatbot#
Click a card (or focus it and press Enter). A draft opens straight in the builder.
A live chatbot asks first, with This chatbot is live:
- Edit a copy (recommended) makes a draft copy and opens it. Your live chatbot keeps running untouched. When the copy is ready, publish it and it becomes your live chatbot.
- Edit the live chatbot opens the live one. Your edits show as Unpublished changes and reach customers only when you click Publish.
Card actions#
Click ⋯ (Chatbot actions) on a card:

| Rename | Type the new name and save. You can also rename from the name at the top of the builder. |
| Duplicate | Makes a draft copy called Name (copy) and opens it. The original stays exactly as it was. |
| Unpublish | Live chatbots only. Takes the chatbot offline. |
| Delete | Drafts only. Removes the chatbot and its data for good. |
To delete a live chatbot, unpublish it first.
Turn a chatbot off#

Choose Unpublish
Open the card's ⋯ menu and click Unpublish.

In Unpublish Chat?, click Unpublish, or Stay Published to keep it running.
You can always turn a chatbot off, even when there's a payment problem on the account.
AI flows not used by a chatbot#
Customers reach an AI flow through a chatbot. If you have AI flows that no chatbot uses, they're listed under your chatbots as AI flows not used by a chatbot.
- Add to a new chatbot creates a draft chatbot that hands the conversation to that AI flow. Preview it, then click Publish when you're ready.
- Open opens the AI flow to edit it.
The section disappears once every AI flow is used by a chatbot.
Common problems#
